In its first period, Yeniden Project started working with its local partner Kırkayak Kültür in Gaziantep. It aims to strengthen the community of practice as well as the local partners' capacities in terms of knowledge and skills in the fields of "rights-based approach", "child safeguarding" and "psychosocial support through arts". Therefore, the project supports children and young people’s access to regular and localized arts-based activities.

As the first step of the program, project participants were invited to a four full-day Ground Training. There were 27 participants in the “Gaziantep Arts Workshop Practitioners” who attended the Basic Training from 18-21 April 2024. They completed their training on the "Rights-Based Approach", "Children's Rights", "Child Safety" and "Psychosocial Support through Art" and received certificates.
